Shiori Arase
Shiori Arase is our go-to Japanese Sake expert.
We first met Shiori in Osaka when we were looking for opportunities to make the Australian Japanese Sake menus less boring. In a chance meeting at her bar in Daimaru Shinsaibashi, Shiori took us through an amazing journey of different Japanese Sakes and we've been hooked onto Japanese Sake since.
With that, we decided to bring the experience to Australia with Shiori helping us through product selection, product knowledge, logistics and everything in between. Sake Nami and Shiori's partnership has been critical and you can expect to see Shiori at some of our events.
