Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

The fastest way to obtain a refund or exchange is to email returns@sakenami.com where our team will be able to assist you. Please include details and photos in your email to help us understand your concerns. We endeavour to reply within 2 business days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. For drinks, we are not able to accept a return of an item that has been opened.
