SAKE DESCRIPTION:
The Buyu Junmai Ginjo is a subtly sweet Japanese Sake with a gentle yet elegant aroma. It is brewed with Yamadanishiki rice and has a subtle gassy feeling when the bottle is freshly opened. The team at Buyu Shuzo brewed this sake with food pairing in mind and it is a perfect match for mildly seasoned meat dishes and fresh seafood. It is great with Italian and western-style foods too!
