SAKE DESCRIPTION:
The Buyu Tokubetsu Honjozo Nama is a namasake (生酒, raw/unpasteurised sake), so it is fresher and more vibrant in flavour and aroma. It also means it needs to be refridgerated during storage to ensure the quality of the sake is as intended by the toji at Buyu Shuzo.
The sake goes very well with fresh seafood and lightly seasoned dishes.

ABOUT THE BREWERY
Established in 1867, Buyu Shuzo 武勇酒造 is located in Yuki City within the Ibaraki Prefecture.
During the 170 years in the town of Yuki, the brewery has experienced many hardships (several World Wars, the Great East Japan Earthquake and COVID19). Bravery and Valor has overcome many difficult times over and over again. Buyu Shuzo are proud of the fact that no matter how difficult the times may be, they never compromise and continue to pursue the production of delicious sake.
