Soratobu Yuzushu (空飛ぶゆず酒) is a premium yuzu liqueur crafted by Yamagata Honten.

This liqueur is part of the brewery's innovative "Soratobu" ("Flying") series, which also includes plum and peach liqueurs.

Enjoy Soratobu Yuzushu as an aperitif or after a hearty meal. The concept is "gentle yuzu sake". To create a soft mouthfeel, we blended yuzu sake, which has a fragrant and refreshing taste, with sake as the base.

Founded in 1875, Yamagata Honten 山縣本店 is located in Shunan City within the Yamaguchi Prefecture.

They utilize Yamaguchi-grown rice varieties like Yamadanishiki and Saitonoshizuku, along with pure natural water filtered through the Chugoku Mountains, to produce sake that reflects the region's terroir.
