DESCRIPTION:

Toyonoume Junmai Ginjo Gin No Yume is an award winning sake in the Sake Competition of 2025!

Toyonoume's Gin No Yume embodies the delicious ginjo sake that is typical of Tosa. We recommend this sake to those who are choosing "Toyonoume" sake for the first time.

After 10 years of development, Kochi Prefecture's first rice suitable for sake brewing, "Gin no Yume," was born in 1998.

Gin no Yume is a rice variety with Yamadanishiki as its mother and Hinohikari (a type of rice) as its father, and while it inherits the suitability of Yamadanishiki for sake brewing, it has been improved to be less prone to falling over and easier to grow in Kochi's climate.

"Gin no Yume Brewing" is made using 100% Gin no Yume rice, resulting in a gentle sake wrapped in a gorgeous and elegant aroma. It goes well with food, making it perfect for a small celebration.
