The Yamada Nishiki rice is from the Hyogo Prefecture. The Sake brewed with Ogawa Yeast, a traditional yeast from Ibaraki Prefecture. It has a subtle grape like aroma, a slight sweetness, and moderate acidity that complements the taste of a wide variety of foods.

Established in 1867, Buyu Shuzo 武勇酒造 is located in Yuki City within the Ibaraki Prefecture.
During the 170 years in the town of Yuki, the brewery has experienced many hardships (several World Wars, the Great East Japan Earthquake and COVID19). Bravery and Valor has overcome many difficult times over and over again. Buyu Shuzo are proud of the fact that no matter how difficult the times may be, they never compromise and continue to pursue the production of delicious sake.
