SAKE DESCRIPTION:
"Maruhari Nouveau" is a sake liqueur made using juice from freshly harvested "Maruhari brand Harigi Niitaka pears" and finished with Tosa local sake.
It is made with approximately 50% pear juice , giving it a flavor that allows you to enjoy the aroma and sweetness of Niitaka pears.
Responding to the enthusiasm of the Hariki Pear Association and utilizing our company's unique know-how, this is the first sake in Japan made solely from Niitaka pears.
